Napoleon Regarded Steamer as Useless For Military Purposes. Berlin, Sept. 24.—The Mllitaer Wochtenblatt has published a review of the flights made here by Orville Wright. “It is as yet impossible, to form an opinion regarding the usefulness of this machine in war,” the Wochenblatt says, “but it is well to remember that so great a mind as Napoleon’s regarded Fulton’s steamer useless for war.”
