Assignments Announced By Bishop Mathews. —Conference Comes To An End. Lafayette, Ind., Sept. 13.—After selecting South Bend as the meeting place in 1910 and thanking the people of Lafayette for their hospitality, the pastors of the St. Joseph conference of the United Brethern church adjourned their annual session this morning.
