HARRIMAN'S SCHOOL OPENS

Institution For Union Pacific Employes Begins Its Work. Omaha, Sept. 3.--D. C. Bull and G. W. Seivers, appointed at the instance of Edward H. Harriman to conduct a technical school for the instruction of Union Pacific railway employee, have opened the Institution. More than a hundred applied for admission coming from many departments and ranging from section hands to draughtsmen. The school is open to employes without expense.
