NORTH POLE DISCOVERED.

Dr. Cook, a New Yorker who has been on an exploring expedition to the north pole, cables home that he discovered the pole April 21 and nailed the American flag and a Schlitz beer sign to its mast. He is now on his way home with a few sections of the pole in his Inside pocket to satisfy the doubting Thomases.
