HEMPHILL HORSE-STOCKS COMPANY WILL DISSOLVE.

The M. L. Hemphill Horse-Stocks and Wagon Coupling Company, organized September 14, 1908, with a capital stock of SI,OOO, will probably be dissolved at their first annual meeting to be held next Thursday. The company was organized primarily to push the sale of a wagon coupling, but no patent could be secured and the company consequently has paid no dividends. The board of directors consist of M. L Hemphill, Pres.; Warren Robinson, Secy.; B. & Fendig, A. F. Long and Cleave Eger.
