Little Rock, Ark., Aug. 20.—Prosecu tor Jeffrey has filed suit at Newport Ark., against sixty-five insurance com panles doing business in Arkansas. The action aska penalties amounting to $65,000,000 for alleged violation of the Arkansas anti-trust laws.
