Beverly, Mass., Aug.l7.—On his forenoon visit to Des Moines, Sept. 20, President Taft will review a parade of some 5,000 troops of the regular army and afterward will make a speech from the reviewing stand. A military tournament will be in progress in Des Moines at the time of the {Resident’s visit.
