Steel Company Alleges They Interfere With Other Employee. . , New Castle, Pa., Aug. 13.—Flfty-eix of the striking employes of the American Sheet and Tin Plate company’s plants In this city were served with summons to appear before the United States circuit court at Pittsburg In September to answer suit for 1200,000 damages, entered by the company, a subsidiary of the United States Steel corporation. The company claims the fifty-six defendants have conspired to 'prevent 3,000 employes from working peacefully. It is alleged also that the profits of the company have been affected by the actions of the defendants In preventing the company from operating its plants.
