Thought Court Will Not Consume Much Time Reaching Verdict. Annapolis, Md., Aug. 13.—After ‘an Investigation occupying more than three weeks, the naval court of inquiry into the death of Lieutenant James N. Sutton. United States marine corps, has finished taking testimony. Arguments will be completed today. Commander Hood, president of the board, said he did not think the court would consume much time in arriving at its conclusions.
