Negro Killed by Striker.

Pittsburg, Aug. 13.—The first fatlllty growing out of the strike at McKee’s Rocks occurred when Steve Horvat, one of the strikers, was shot and killed by Major Smith, a negro, whom a crowd of two-score striking foreigners had attacked by mistake.
