RENSSELAER KIDS WED AT ST. JOE.
Kenneth Rhoades and Mamie Parkison Married Sunday at Michi- . gan's Gretna Green. K Kenneth Rhoades, son of C. W. Tthoades the' barber, and Mamie Parkison, daughter of ex-county treasurer R. A. Parkison, were united at St. Joseph, Mich., Sunday. Both are very young, the groom being about 18 and the bride 16 years of age. Y Mr.' Parkison acompanied his daughter Sunday morning to Gary, where Kenneth is now employed by a telephone company as lineman, and he was picked up there and they all went on to St. Joe where the marriage ceremony was performed. While the young couple have been keeping company for the past year or two, their marriage came as a surprise, owing to their extreme youth. < Mr. Parkison returned home Sunday night, while Mr. and Mrs. Rhoades stopped at Gary, where they will reside for the present, we understand.
