Railway President Brown Says Farmers Will Get Greatest Returns. New York, July 23.—President W' C. Brown, of the New York Central Railway company, who has returned from an extensive trip through the west, has informed the directors of his road that the immensity and value of the crops to be harvested from now until late in the fall are‘without precedent. He said that the farmer will receive a greater return for his products thia year than ever before, and that that fact, coupled with the size of the crops, indicates a period of remarkable prosperity.
