Married Bluecoat Says Shooting Happened Accidentally. Cincinnati, June 29.—With a charge of murder against him. Policeman “Monty" Lowenstein occupies a jail cell. Nellie Marts, nineteen years old, daughter of well known and highly respected parents at Middletown. 0., is dead as a result of a bullet alleged ta have been fired by Lowenstefn. Lowenstein admits meeting the girl when he was an officer of the Ohio National Guard. He claims the shooting was an accident. The policeman has a wife and several children.
