H. Dearn accompanied by E. Pizzaro, president of a Chicago firm manufacturing pianos and pianoplayers, was in conference with the directors of the Commercial Club Monday. They will submit a written proposition on their return to Chicago which will be in substance as follows: They agree to erect a twostory brick building, 60x150, with an engine room and boiler house in addition, to employ 50 men and pay out $200,000 in wages.
