HEINZE’S LAWYER CONVICTED

Found Guilty of Impeding the Administration of Justice. New York, June 25. —Sanford Robinson, personal counsel to F. Augustus Helnse, was convicted in the United Btates circuit court of impeding the administration of Justice in advising a grand Jury witness to evade the service of a subpoena. Heinze and his brother are under Indictment for similar offense.
