Deluge Tears Out Section of Track Just After Train Passes. Cheyenne, Wyo., June 11.—Union Pacific westbound train No. 31, the China and Japan fast mail, raced for four miles with a waterspout near Paxton, Neb., and aarrowly escaped being wreeked.
