SIXTY COUNTIES VOTED “DRY.”
Sixty counties have voted out the saloons at elections and nine are “dry” by remonstrance. Eleven counties have voted “wet.” Three more counties have elections ordered and when the question is settled in these three—Clark, Warrick and Lagrange—there will be only ten “w’et” counties remaining for elections. Lagrange county, “dry” by remonstrance, votes June 8; Clark, June 9, and Warrick, June 17. The ten “wet”counties which have not held elections are Marion, St. Joseph, Lake, Vigo, Knox, Vanderburg, Allen. Dearborn, Perry and Dubois. ,
