JOHN McCOLLOUGH BUYS REMINGTON PRESS.
John McCollough, who for the past year or more has been employed on the Benton Review, has bought the Remington Press and will get out his first issue next "'week. He promises to make considerable improvement in the paper. Since April, 1898, when the Writer sold the Press to F. L. and Stella Griffin, the former has conducted the paper, his sister Stella dying a few months after taking charge. Mr. Griffin will likely retire permanently from the newspaper business. The Democrat wishes the new management of the Press lots of success.
