Puebla, Mexico, May 28.—Cariying out a vow made years ago, Lieutenant Braulio Guiterrez shot and killed Adelberto Reyes while the wife and chil dren of the slain man begged for bis life. The two served together in the army seven years ago and had a quarrel. Quiterrez swore to kill Reyes.
