GASOLINE EXPLODED, MAN DIES.
Hago Cars ten, Town Trustee of Lowell, Dead From Gasoline Barns. While cleaning furniture la an upstairs room of his home in Lowell Monday, using gasoline, Hago CarBten, one of the town trustees of that place, was so badly burned by the gasoline exploding that he died Wednesday night. It is not known Just how the gasoline became united, but It is thought perhaps It may have been from friction. The unfortunate man was so badly burned before neighbors ran in and put out the flames that the flesh and finger nails dropped off his hand 3. The house was not greatly damaged except from asmoke and water.
