Neill In Atlanta In Hope of Settling Georgia Firemen’s Strike. Atlanta, May 25.—Hope for settlement of the strike of firemen on the Georgia railroad today centers on the visit here of United States Commissioner of Labor Charles P. Neill. Governor Hoke Smith proposed arbitration by a commission of Georgians and the firemen accepted, but the railroad did not.
