SIX QUAKE REFUGEES KILLED BY SOLDIERS

Relief Distribution Causes Riot. Panic at Messina. Reggio, Italy, May 25.—At Slnopoll the populace became enraged over the manner of the distribution of relief to the earthquake sufferers.
