Mother of Badly Treated Child Causes Scene In Courtroom. Paris, May 25. —On the charge of having maltreated young children confined to their care, Cecil H. Sargent, an Englishman, and his American wife, who was Josephine Savin of New York, were found guilty. Sargent was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment and his wife to thirteen months’ imprisonment.
