\lt is quietly rumored that Rowles 4 Parker are to get the Forsythe store, which is to be vacated by Mr. Forsythe in July. For private reasons it was not deemed wise to make the matter public when the lease was first made, and even now the parties themselves are not saying that the rumor is true, but from outside sources we learn that the rumor is more than half correct. In fact, it is correct. •
