Western Union Official Resigns.

Pittsburg, Pa., May 11.—E. B Say lor, superintendent of the local office of the Western Union Telegraph com pany, has resigned. Recently three employes of the operating department here were dismissed on charges of al leged dissemination of market news to persons not entitled to get it.
