New York, May 11.—A novel phase of the anti trust litigation against the fibre and manUa\paper pool developed when a large department store, acting In behalf of a number of such establishments, began suit to recover the excessive amounts charged for wrapping paper because of the existence of the pool. ' The action is brought against the Continental Paper Bag company. The paper was bought from the Continental company.
