Court House Too Dilapidated to Risk Crowd of Spectators. Spencer, Ind., April 22.—The second trial of Emory Cassell for the murder of Thomas Mills began in the opera house of this city. In Indiana, at least, this is the first, time court proceedings have been held in a theater.
