WANT RIGHT TO STRIKE

Oppose Barrier Between “Administrative Proletariat” and Workers. Paps, April 16.-7 A secret congress of representatives of the teachers of the public schools of France was held in this city. The delegates adopted a resolution against the acceptance of any law which raises a barrier between the "administrative proletariat and the organized working classes.” The teachers insist that they be given the right to organize under the law of 3884, which includes the right to strike.
