Police Judge Says Licenses Help Fraud Practiced on the Public. Washington, April 16.—1 n dismissing Mediums Pierre L. O. A, Keeler and Albert G Hall, because of the failure of the prosecution to establish a case of conspiracy to defraud, Police Judge Alexander R. Mullowny took occasion to arraign spiritualism. Tne court declared It was nothint but a fraud perpetrated on the public which, he said, to a certain extent had Ijeen legalized by the Issuance of licenses to mediums.
