All notices of appointment—administrator, executor or guardian—survey, road or ditch notice, nptlce of sale of real estate, non-resident notices, etc., theft clients themselves control, and attorneys will take them to the paper you desire, lor publication, if you mention the matter to them; otherwise they will .take them to their own political organs. Please do not forget this when having any legal notices to publish.
