You and each of you are hereby notified that the petitioners in the above entitled cause have filed their petition in the office of the Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court, and have fixed, by written endorsement upon said petition, upon Monday, April 12, 1909, as the day on which said petition shall be docketed as a cause pending in the Jasper Circuit Court.
