QUICK ACTION ON BASEBALL BILL
Final Vote on It to Be Taken In House Today. RUSHED TO ENGROSSMENT Claim Made by Opponents of Brolley Measure Number Two la That It' Is Practically the Same as the One Vetoed by Governor Marshall— Strong Ministerial Lobby Appears at Capital to Fight Against This Piece of Legislation. Indianapolis, March 2.—The Brolley Sunday baseball bill. No. 2, goes marching on. It has been ordered to engrossment in the house and today —so the speaker served notice—lt will be up for passage. If its friends in the senate have the same spirit of hustle the bill may become a law yet —that is to say, if it is passed by the house today and Governor Marshall does not call it nut on a foul. Its progress is not without opposition. The best lobby the ministers of Indianapolis ever sent to the legislature did its best. The bill was the same in substance, if not in words, as the one already vetoed, was the claim of its opponents.
