Revolver Drops From Pocket of Another West Point Candidate. Highland Falls, N. Y., Feb. 23.—A North Dakota candidate for admission’ to West Point, named ,Peale, was accidentally shot by the discharge of a revolver which dropped out of the pocket, of another would-be cadet. The wound is not considered dangerous. \
