Decision Reserved In Attack on Indiana Pure Food Law. Indianapolis, Feb. 23. —Following the close of the argument on the demurrer to the bill of complaint in the case of the Williams Brothers company, pickIfers and nxeservers, of Detroit, and
the Curtice Brothers company of Rochester, N. Y., against Harry E. Barnard, food and durg commissioner of Indiana, and the state board of health in federal court, Judge Anderson gave the complainants leave to make certain amendments in their bill of complaint and said he would not make his dedtlon until later. The complaints seek to enjoin the defendants from enforcing against them a rule against the use of benzoate of soda In food products.
