Elkhart, Indiana, Feb. 17. —The disbarment proceedings against Joseph E. Talbot, former St. Joseph County prosecutor, were brought to a sudden termination in the Superior Court late today. Special Judge Anthony Deahl Instructed the Jury to render a verdict In favor of Talbot.
