ANOTHER COUNTY DRY.

Clinton Makqp the Thirteenth To Vote Against Saloons. Clinton county joined the “dry” ranks Monday by a majority of over 2,000, carrying every one of the fourteeft townships, including that in which the city of Frankfort is located. Except for the moral effect it might have in other counties, the result there is of little real consequence, as the entire county had been remonstrated dry, and there was but one saloon in the county, at Frankfort, and its license expires today. Two years ago there were 23 saloons in Frankfort hlone, but the blanket remonstrance had put the entire county on the dry list some time ago.
