FILIPINO BAND COMING

Will Play at the Inauguration of Presi-dent-Elect Taft Manila, Jan. 15.—The famous constabulary band left on the transport Bufort for Washington, where It will play at the inauguration of PresidentElect Taft. The baud will make only the necessary stops between here and the capital, but after the inauguration a tour of the United States will be made.
