All Weep as Trial of Banker Rinehart Comes to a Close. Pittsburg. Pa.. Jan. 15.—J. B. F. Rinehart, accused of wrecking the Farmers’ and Drovers’ National bank of Waynesburg, Pa., cried piteously as his attorney pleaded with the jury to acquit him. Tears trickled down the cheeks of the lawyer and there was weeping throughout the crowded courtroom. It the jury agrees its sealed verdict will be opened today. George W. Worley, brother-in-law of Rinehart and James L. Smith, a business man of Waynesburg, were arrested on a charge of attempting to reach one of the jurors.
