New suits filed? - No. 7886. Patrick Hallagan, vs. Harry Rlshling; suit to foreclose chattel mortgage. Demand $l3O. No. 7387. Jacob Francis, vs. J. Saltzman, et al; action to quiet title/ No. 7388. Daniel Augstin, vs. Otto H. Reich, et al; suit on notes. Demand $2,500. 7** Marriage licenses issued: Jan. 2, William A. Lock of Remington, aged 40, occupation stock breeder and veterinary durgeon, to Mabie Detrick, also, of Remington, daughter of David T, Detrick, deceased, aged 23, occupation housekeeper. First marriage for each. —o— The County Commlssiones were in session Monday and yesterday. Little was done Monday except make an inspection of the RensselaerMarion stone roads, which system is now completed and ready for acceptance. Yesterday ditch and other matters were taken up and will be reported in Saturday’s Democrat.
