THIRD ACCIDENT FATAL
Indiana Harbor Man Twice Had Narrow Escapes From Death. Indiana Harbor, Ind.. Jan. s.—Weeks ago Thomas Myslivy of Indiana Harbor tn a sonnanibulistic walk fell from the second-story window, head first, into a tub of ice water. The only hurt he received was a bad cold. A week ago Myslivy was walking from Buffington to South Chicago on the Lake Shore railway. He was struck by the eighteen-hour flyer and tossed over a fence twenty feet from the rails He escaped injury. 'Myslivy. while walking to his work along the Baltimore and Ohio'tracks was struck by a Baltimore and Ohio train. Both his legs were broken and be received internal injuries which will prove fata).
