Governor Hanly has Issued tbe commissions for the fifteen presidential electors chosen at the November election to cast tbe vote of Indiana for president and vice president of the United States. t The electors will form their own organization, select their presiding officer and tellers, cast the vote and •elect from their number a messenger to carry a copy of the result of their vote to be delivered to the speaker Of tbe house of representatives.
