Micbell Hor* ner’s SIOO,OOO suit against Dr. and Mrs. Isaac E Emerson, parents of his former wife, Mrs. Daisy Emerson Horner, in which Mr. Horner charged alienation of his wife's affections, has been compromised for SSOO. Dr. Emerson also agreed to pay the costs. Mr. Horner has executed a release of all his claims against tbe parents of his former wife. Mrs Horner got a divorce from heT husband in the Atlanta courts.
