Y., Dec. 15— Six chtl dren, their ages ranging from lour to fourteen years, will be the witnossea against Michael Noeth, who is on trial here charged with having murdered their father, Philip Sullivan, Sullivan and his children were playing ball when the ball was batted on the Noeth grounds, Sullivan went after it, when Noeth. it is alleged, fired at hint with a shotgun.
