F. E. Martin, the well known real estate dealer who was formerly located at McCoyaburg, this county, writes us from Englewood, Colo., in renewing his subscription to The Democrat, and Bays: *‘Find enclosed check to renew my subscription. We have had quite a lot of snow out here this winter, and the hardest winter for 24 years, so they tell

me, though it is nothing to the winters in Illinois or Indiana. We have a fine climate here. I think it can not be beat. Will close by wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.”
