August has traded the furniture and fixtures of the Nowels hotel owned by him, to E. V. Ransford for the furniture of the hotel owned by Mr. Ransford at Edgewood, lowa, and has bargained for the purchase of said hotel. Th% restaurant business owned by the Rosenbaum’s has been sold to F. W- Bedford, the owner of the restaurant building, and by him sold to ■ Ray Collins, who with Ed Catt as assistant is now in charge. The Rosenbaums expect to leave for Edgewood In a very few days.
