sY c. M. Sands, the attorney, has de/cmed to give up the active prac- ' tice of law, for the present at least, and has accepted the oiler of the State Bank, to take Joe Jeffries’ place. The position payß him $76 per month to start on, and Mr. Sands begun his new duties Monday.
