Robbed His Firm of $100,000.

Berlin, Nov. 27.—Frits Kiuge. manager of a company of railroad contractors with headquarters in this city, was arrested here on the charge of defrauding the firm out of .SIOO,OOO. Kluge explained that he bad lost the money in speculation in mines in the United States. For Chappod Lip*.
