Rloede. president of tbe VicBloede company, of Baltimore, was indicted charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States in connection with certain , ‘ink contract*, withdrew his plea of not guilty and entered a plea of guilty to two counts of the indictment. Justice Gould fined Van Dyck $11W)O. which he promptly, paid and the other counts of the indictment were dismissed. 4
