Notice is hereby given that upon petition filed in said Court by Everett Finney, administrator of said estate, setting up the insufficiency of the estate of said decedent to pay the debts and liabilities thereof, the judge of said court did, on the 31st day of October, 1908, find said estate to be probably insolvent, and order the same to be settled accordingly.
