N. Osborn of Gillam tp., was in the city on business, Monday and left the following forecast of Tuesday’s election as it looked to him then. Mr. Osborn is a close observer of political conditions, and his judgment is usualy not far wrong. Of the 98 doubtful electors, he was more than confident Bryan would receive one half.
